Pro Series
The Pro Series gives you a solid, affordable starting shed constructed with treated runners, treated floor joists, LP SmartSide panel siding on painted models, and a 30-year architectural shingle roof.
Premium Series
The Premium Series steps up from the Pro Series to 12in on center treated floor joist, double top plates, tighter 16-inch on-center framing, and your choice of painted or urethane LP SmartSide, painted DuraTemp, or vinyl siding. LP SmartSide carries a 50-year prorated substrate warranty and resists rot, warping, and termites.

Site Preparation
Before we deliver, you need a hard, level surface ready. We recommend 4 to 6 inches of packed limestone or gravel. Placing a building on grass or soft ground will void the warranty. Make sure there’s a clear path to your shed site. Our mule can go anywhere a pickup truck can go, but we need the path clear of trees and fences before we arrive.
You may also need to check with your local Township or Borough about permits. Requirements vary across Mercer County. If you need engineered drawings, we can provide those free of charge.
