Our Rent-to-Own financing program does not require large upfront cost, a long approval process, or waiting. Only one month’s payment is required to get your building ordered. Early payoff options are available too. After you payoff your storage shed, you never make another payment, and the storage building is in your backyard.

The process is straightforward. You choose your building from any of our Pro Series or Premium Series models, and we work with our RTO partner to set up your payment plan. Monthly payments are fixed for the term you select. Once you complete the agreed-upon number of payments, the building is yours. It’s that simple.

The building itself is delivered and placed the same way as any other order. You’ll need a hard, level surface ready with 4 to 6 inches of packed limestone or gravel and a clear path for delivery. Site preparation requirements apply regardless of how the building is financed.
