Storage Upgrades
Lofts are one of the most popular add-ons we offer. A 4-foot-wide loft can be installed in 2-foot increments and runs $4.00 per square foot for standard construction or $5.00 per square foot for 2x6 framing. The minimum charge is $75. Most customers find that a loft effectively doubles the usable storage in their building at a fraction of the cost of going up a size.
Workbenches are built 2 feet wide and priced at $16.00 per linear foot with a 6-foot minimum. Add a shelf underneath for $12.00 per linear foot. If you’re setting up a workshop, hobby space, or garage-style work area, a purpose-built workbench beats a folding table every time.

Door Options
We offer a wide range of door upgrades depending on your needs and your building’s intended use.
Standard painted wood double doors are available in 56-, 60-, and 72-inch widths. Fiberglass slab doors offer a low-maintenance alternative. Deluxe doors add a transom window in the door and are available in single and double configurations. Vintage Doors bring a more distinctive look. Pre-hung service doors - 9-lite and solid - are available for easy access. Metal roll-up doors run from 5x6’4” up to 9x7 and are ideal for equipment storage or garage-style use. Sectional carriage house and raised panel overhead doors are also available.
Electric openers with remotes can be added to any compatible overhead door for $614.00. Outside locks are $75.00.
Window & Ventilation Options
Windows are available in four sizes: 18x27, 21x27, 24x36, and 30x36. Insulated single-hung and slider options are available for buildings that will be climate controlled. Transom windows run the full length of the building on our Klassic Studio model and can be added to others.
For ventilation, we offer ridge vents, half-round top vents, and gable vents in painted finishes.
Roof Upgrades
A metal roof adds longevity and a distinctive look. Standard 30-year architectural shingles are included on most models. Ice guard and tar/felt paper are available as add-ons if your site or climate warrants them.
Exterior Accents
Cupolas, weather vanes, flower boxes, and slat shutters are available for buildings where curb appeal matters. Vintage windows add character to painted buildings. Skylights bring in natural light for $125.00 each.
Ramps
Pressure-treated ramps are available in 3-foot widths from 56 inches up to 108 inches wide - attached, starting at $146.00. Metal removable ramps are also available in standard and heavy-duty aluminum configurations rated up to 1,625 pounds per piece.
