Custom Portable Shed Design & Build in Greenville, PA

At Mast Mini-Barns, custom portable shed design and build is what we do best. Every customer has a different yard, a different need, and a different idea of what the right shed looks like. Our job is to help you figure out exactly what shed you need to build. Then we build it right, the first time. We've been building portable sheds in northwest Pennsylvania since 2012, and we haven't cut corners yet.

Custom Portable Shed Design & Build Services

Start With the Right Size

The most common mistake people make when ordering a shed is underestimating how much space they actually need. We’ve heard it a hundred times: “I thought the 8x10 would be enough.” Our recommendation is always to go a size or two larger than you think you need. Storage has a way of filling available space.

We build custom portable sheds from 8x8 all the way up to 16x48 depending on the model. Width, length, wall height, roof pitch - all of it - can be dialed in to fit your property and your intended use. If you’re not sure what size is right, just ask. We’re happy to talk it through.

Choose Your Series

We offer two series of buildings for custom builds.

The Pro Series is our value-focused line - treated 2x4 floor joists at 16 inches on center, 2x4 wall studs at 24 inches on center, a single top plate, and 3/8-inch LP SmartSide siding. It’s a well-built, honest structure at an honest price.

The Premium Series is built to a tighter spec - 2x4 joists at 12 inches on center, 2x4 studs at 16 inches on center, a double top plate, and 7/16-inch LP SmartSide or 5/8-inch DuraTemp siding. For 16-foot-wide buildings, we step up to 2x6 rafters at 16 inches on center. If you need a structure built to engineer spec for a 60- or 70-pound snow load, that’s available too.

Pick Your Finish

Painted or vinyl. Shingle or metal roof. Double doors or roll-up. Windows, lofts, workbenches, ramps, cupolas - the options list is long, and everything is priced clearly. We don’t hide add-ons in fine print.

LP SmartSide siding is standard on our painted buildings. It’s a treated engineered wood product that resists warping, splitting, cupping, fungal decay, and termites - a real upgrade from traditional T1-11. It carries a 50-year prorated limited warranty on the substrate.

Delivery & Placement

Once your shed is built, we deliver it using our mule delivery system - a machine that can go anywhere a pickup truck can go. We ask that you have a hard, level surface ready: 4 to 6 inches of packed limestone or gravel is what we recommend. Setting a building on grass or soft ground will void the warranty and can lead to settling over time.

Trees or fences blocking the path need to be cleared before we arrive. The driver will handle minor blocking as needed.

Warranty

Every custom portable shed comes with a 5-year warranty (from the date of manufacture) on product failure due to faulty workmanship. Normal wear, neglect, improper site preparation, and acts of God are not covered but an honestly built shed set on a proper surface rarely gives anyone trouble.
