Roofline Options
Garage style: A classic 5/12 pitch with 7’4” tall walls. Clean, practical, and widely recognized. Fits most residential lots and HOA guidelines without issue.
Dutch Barn style: A gambrel roofline with 6’4” tall walls. A good choice for anyone who wants to maximize interior volume.
Cape Cod style: A 7/12 pitch with 7-foot walls. A steeper roofline with a more traditional residential look. Available up to 12 feet wide.
Door Options
Every garage comes standard with your choice of an 8x7 metal roll-up door or an 8x7 raised panel sectional overhead door. For 14- and 16-foot-wide garages, we offer 9x7 doors. A 36x72 service door is included on all models.
Optional upgrades include Anniston-style carriage house sectional doors, deluxe door packages, electric openers with remotes, and outside locks. Windows can be added to panel doors for an additional charge.
Siding & Finish
LP SmartSide painted siding is our standard painted finish a treated engineered wood product that resists warping, splitting, and decay. DuraTemp painted siding is available as an upgrade. Vinyl siding is available in a range of stocked colors with matching trim.
Garages can also be upgraded to a Deluxe Package which adds deluxe doors with transom windows, 6-inch overhangs with 6-inch fascia, window trim, corner and door trim, and half-round vents for an additional 10% of the base price.
Flooring
All garages include 3/4-inch treated plywood flooring as standard. Aluminum ramps are available for drive-in access if your site requires a transition from grade to floor level.
Pricing
Garage pricing starts at $6,115 for a 12x16 LP SmartSide painted build and runs up to $19,849 for a 16x48 vinyl model. Pricing varies by size, siding, and door selection. All prices are subject to change. Call us for a current quote.
Permits
Most garage projects in Mercer County and the surrounding Townships require a building permit. We recommend checking with your local municipality before ordering. Mast Mini-Barns can supply engineered drawings free of charge when your Township or Borough requires them.
